Free Meeting Planner
Dan Fletcher runs a printing business in Maryland. He had a great idea to integrate planning a meeting and printing the materials for the meeting into one easy to use site. Dan contacted us to create Free Meeting Planner to fulfill those goals.
We started by creating site wireframes that explored a multi-step signup process followed by a standard online store. The person planning the event goes through the process of entering information about the event, which then generates a page on Free Meeting Planner to give out to attendees to RSVP. Dan can then easily work with the event planner to get tags, envelopes, and more printed. It was exactly what Dan was looking for.
We also developed an administration utility that gives Dan full access to editing information about the various events, products, and users.

Golden Rule BBQ
In early 2008, Golden Rule approached us about redesigning the Golden Rule BBQ web site. We saw the potential to leverage the site as a great customer interaction tool. To enhance the user interaction, we identified key features that the typical site user would be interested in and promoted those features to prominent positions. First, put the location search on the home page and on the top of every page to make it easy for a customer to find a near-by location. We also felt it was important to put valuable features such as coupons and news about new locations and promotions right on the home page.
On the back end, we wrote custom pages to help Golden Rule easily manage many aspects of their site, including news, locations, and coupons. We also integrated the Open Source photo gallery, Plogger, to allow Golden Rule a flexible means of posting news content that integrates with the existing news management.

Ron Gannett approached DataPerk with a novel idea: Help people read the Bible via an online, social experience. Given the unique needs of the site, DataPerk felt a custom backend to manage weekly Bible passages, blogs, and comments would best benefit a site of this nature. Over three months, DataPerk worked with Ron to develop the flow of the site from concept to reality.

Milo's Famous Tea
Milo's Famous Tea, a long-standing DataPerk client, worked with Big Communications and DataPerk to deliver a new site for 2010. After working with Big to produce a beautiful look-and-feel, DataPerk coded the design templates and worked directly with Milo's to finalize the site in the development process.
DataPerk was able to create the store locator feature by integrating with FastRep, our CRM solution. As part of the process, DataPerk also rewrote all of Milo's data management software in PHP to aid in the transition from the aging IIS server to the more powerful Apache server we use for all of our new sites.
