Creating a white list in Postini can be accomplished by the following steps. Step 1. Open your browser and type in the following website. http://login.postini.com as shown below in figure 1. Step 2. Enter your complete email address in the box marked Log in Address. Step 3. Enter your password in the box marked Password. Step 4. Click the Log In button. Step 5. From the main window choose the My Settings link in the top right hand corner of the web browser, as shown below. Step 6. Under the Junk Settings area. Choose Manage Junk Filters as shown below. Step 7. You can choose either Approved Senders, Approved Domains, or Approved Mailing lists to allow them to be received without being captured by the spam filter. 1. You may type several items in each box by hitting the enter key after each choice. 2. Once you have typed all of the Approved Senders, Domains, or Approved Mailing lists, simply click the button under that section which says, “Update Approved etc..” Step 8. Choose “Log Out” in the top right hand corner.
