Available Plans
Standard plan includes keeping up with the health of any monitored device (such as PC's, routers, laptops, etc.), installing patches, the ability to remotely access devices to resolve issues, and notifications sent to our staff to respond to issues before they escalate.
The Premier plan includes all of standard abilities: keeping up with the health of monitored devices, installing patches, ability to remotely access devices to resolve issues, and notifications sent to our staff to respond to issues before they escalate. The Premier plan also includes defragmenting, and monitoring Anti-Virus and Backups.
